  1. This privacy policy regulates MB E. products, company code 303315171, located at Birutės g. 22-288, Klaipėda, tel.: +370 647 56146, e-mail: info@webrom.lt, current account LT757300010155454883 (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and is the person ordering the services, having paid the specified price (hereinafter referred to as you, yours). The basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data.
  2. The collection, processing and storage of your personal data is determined by this privacy policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
  3. By providing your personal data on the website, you agree that the service provider will manage and process it for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in this privacy policy and legal acts.

2. Collection, processing, storage of personal data

  1. The service provider is guided by the following basic principles for processing personal data:
    1. Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes.
    2. Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.
    3. Personal data is constantly updated.
    4. Personal data is stored for no longer than required for the established purposes of data processing.
    5. Personal data is processed only by employees who have been granted such permission.
    6. All information about the personal data being processed is confidential.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

7. Google AdWords

  1. We use the Google AdWords online advertising program and conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, “Google”). A cookie will be set if you reach our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain parts of our website before the cookie expires, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to our website. Each AdWords customer receives a separate cookie, i.e. cookies cannot be traced across AdWords customers’ websites. The information obtained from the conversion cookies is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords advertisers who have opted for conversion tracking. Advertisers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to the conversion tracking page. However, they do not receive any information that allows users to be personally identified. Therefore, personal data cannot be linked to user data. If you want to disable conversion tracking cookies, you can set your browser accordingly to block cookies from the domain: “googleadservices.com”.

8. Personal privacy policy for employee candidates

  1. In this privacy policy for personal data of employee candidates, we provide information about the processing of personal data of candidates by MB “E. produktai”.
  2. When conducting selections for vacant positions at Webroom, we process the following data about you:
    1. name;
    2. surname;
    3. date of birth;
    4. place of residence or address of residence;
    5. postal address;
    6. phone number;
    7. information about the candidate’s work experience (place of work, period of work, duties, responsibilities and (or) achievements);
    8. information about the candidate’s education (educational institution, period of study, education and/or qualification obtained);
    9. information about professional development (training attended, certificates acquired);
    10. information about language skills, information technology, driving skills, other competencies, other information that you provide in your CV, cover letter or other application documents;
    11. employer recommendations, feedback: persons recommending or providing feedback on the candidate, their contacts, content of the recommendation or feedback.
  3. Legal basis for data processing: Your consent.
  4. Personal data retention period: during the selection process for the job(s) chosen by the candidate; after the selection process, no longer than 5 years.
  5. We consider your consent to process the data provided in your CV, resume, and cover letter for the intended purpose to be received when you submit your CV and/or other documents to us.
  6. If we receive information about your candidacy, your CV, from employment agencies, job search portals, social networks and other entities providing job search services, we assume that you have received all the necessary information about the processing of your data and have given your consent to the entity providing such services to process your data.
  7. We will only collect your personal data from other sources with your specific consent. For example, we will only verify your recommendations or request feedback from your employer if you give us your consent to contact your named employer and/or other person to obtain feedback about you.
  8. Sources from which candidate data is collected:
    1. We receive your data directly from you – when you respond to our job advertisement, submit your CV, candidate questionnaire and other application documents.
    2. We may also receive the aforementioned information about your candidacy and documents from entities providing job search and selection services.
    3. From publicly available information such as social networks where you voluntarily post information about yourself and your skills, e.g. linkedin.com.
  9. Candidate rights under data protection legislation. Under the law, you have the right to:
    1. Request information about whether we have your personal data and, if so, what information it is and why we keep/use it.
    2. Request correction of the personal data we hold about you. You can request the deletion of personal data that we no longer have a legitimate purpose for processing. You can also request the deletion of personal data about you that you have objected to.
    3. You may object to the processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest and there is a particular situation which makes you want to object to the processing on this basis.
    4. Request restriction of processing of your personal data. You can ask us to stop processing your personal data, for example, if you want us to determine its accuracy or the reason for processing it.
    5. To request the transfer of your personal data in electronic or other form to you or another party (commonly known as the right to “data portability”). This way, you can get your data from us and have the option to give your data to another party.
    6. Withdraw consent. If you have provided your consent to the collection, processing or transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Once we become aware that you have withdrawn your consent, we will no longer process your information for the purpose or purposes for which you originally provided your consent, unless we have another legal basis to do so in accordance with law.
  10. Processing of requests: upon receipt of your request for the exercise of any of your rights and upon verification of your identity, we undertake to provide you with information on the actions we have taken in accordance with your request without delay, no later than within one month of receipt of your request. Depending on the number of requests, we have the right to extend the period for another two months, informing you thereof and indicating the reasons for such extension. 9. Amendment of the Rules and Final Provisions

  1. The Service Provider has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Terms by notifying us about this on its website. Further use of our website services means compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes arising are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  3. request restriction of the processing of your personal data;
  4. request the deletion of personal data;
  5. withdraw your consent if the data is processed on the basis of consent;
  6. request the transfer of personal data to another data controller;
  7. object to the processing of your personal data when it is processed on the basis of legitimate interest;
